I am available to collaborate with professional players on the ITF, WTA or ATP circuits as a physical trainer.

The years I spent in competitive tennis, attending numerous WTA, ATP, MASTERS and GRAND SLAM tournaments, have given me a deep understanding of what a professional player has to deal with.

When talking about a personal fitness program, the tennis coach's information about methods used in previous and future tennis trainings, upcoming tournaments and biochemical analysis should be taken into account.

Based on these parameters, a personalised planning can be developed whilst being aware of the athlete's physical condition and screening.

We can work together to develop specific and non-specific physical training so you get the results you want in two ways:
  • Being present for a limited period of time at the place of my personal activity (Bucharest);
  • ONLINE, through programs sent remotely;

For an effective collaboration, even remotely, it is necessary to carry out the evaluation and physical testing in person either at the base or club where the athlete is active or at the place of my personal activity (Bucharest).

We keep in touch permanently

Every 2 days it is necessary to have a discussion to keep up to date with the progress during the training.

Depending on the feedback received from the athlete the program can be easily adapted whether we are face to face or working remotely.
